Kinetic energy - an amount to energy, got or lost by a body within a specified
period of time. It’s an absolute value.

I
will start with the most important statement: I opened a principle of the
gravitation origin. Due to this, it is possible to disclose the code of roman
numerals, in which all the existing measurements are recorded.
In
process of the realizing of the gravitation principle I formulated three new
physical laws: Law of Circuits, United Energy Law and Law of Universe
Dimensions
The
Law of Circuits lets us understand the way of energy exchange in global scale.
It comes from the law that there are two ways of the energy transmission
existing in nature: by means of substance when energy is transmitted from
material object to material directly, or when any substance is a connecting
link between two objects of energy exchange. The simplest example is the
following: one hotter object is pressed to the other, a colder one or these two
objects are at a short distance from each other. In this case the connecting
link between these objects is air. The second way of the energy transmission is
that the energy from one body to another one located at a distance is
transmitted without any substance acting as a connecting link in the energy
exchange. The examples of such energy exchange are gravitation, light flow,
electromagnetic oscillation and others.
The
United Energy Law says that only two energy types exist in nature: kinetic and
potential. All other types are the way of conversion of one energy type into
another. Kinetic energy, itself, reflects the energy exchange process, i.e.
transmission of energy from one body to another within a certain period of
time. The amount of energy got or lost by the body at a given moment of time is
an absolute value since it is determined according to the initial energy conditions
of the body itself. The potential energy
is a difference between energy potentials of the objects taken apart. It is a
relative value and reflects statistically the stable energy amount of the body.
The
Law of Universe Dimensions is a unique measurement chart, in which it exists.
Any process occurring in the Universe can be characterized by this law. The Law
says that the Universe consists of three parts: space, substance and energy and
time. Energy and time are one part since they depend on each other and one
notion characterizes the other. I want to underline figures XII and XII of the
Table. Kinetic energy takes the 12th place. Two lines after X mean plane. The term “energy plane”
did not exist in modern physics by this time but this phenomenon exists in the
nature. The energy plane is an imaginative or sometimes real plane, from the
both sides of which there exists the difference of space energy potentials. To
understand the energy plane better, let us imagine a torch. When it is switched
on a light beam starts moving with a certain speed from the reflector surface.
The space energy potential inside the light beam is higher then near it. The
energy plane is the boundary of these two spaces. Using this analogy we can
imagine electromagnetic waves and heat spreading from a hot object in space.
Here, by the both sides of the plane there is the energy potential difference,
which makes the plane spread to the direction of lower potential. The task to
be solved for creation of gravitation engine was in that to keep the energy
plane in the certain space point. This task was solved due to creation of
difference of electromagnetic potentials of the space by rotating
electromagnetic field of the electric engine. The latter was rotated in the
space.
Here
force vector G appears directed perpendicularly to the plane of the electric
engine rotation. The device is called “Electrical engine of inner traction” and
it is being under the patent procedure now. It is of high priority and is
subjected to expertise. The energy volume (XIII) appears during generation of
statistically stable energy plane in closed sphere. Here, force G appears
directed at the sphere center that is called gravitation.
The
invention of the gravitation essence gives the humanity new directions of
development of all fields of science and technology. It makes the possibilities
of energy engineering unlimited.

hope that the humanity is ready to use this nature phenomenon reasonably.
